Personalise Me - Terms & Conditions - 2008

We recommend that you gently hand wash or machine wash on a gentle cycle, iron your T-shirt inside out.  Do not iron your bikini.  Do not tumble dry any of you embellished garments. 
Your embellished item is very durable and has been tested before it has been dispatched to you.  However any vigarous rubbing or picking of the stones will result in them coming off.   With gentle care and respect for the embellishement, your garment will last a very long time.

Delivery

All of the embellishment is done to order and by hand, we care about our work very much, so this does take time - please allow 28 days for delivery on all embellished goods (when normal delivery service is selected) this does not include the Just Married Bikinis.  
We do offer a 'RUSH ORDER' service 7days or 14 days, this is an extra charge in addtion to our £1.95 postage charge.  Your order will be worked on and delivered to you within the time specified - however we do still use Royal Mail 1st class  for this service - If the delivery does not come in time then we will refund your 'rush order' charge.  If you are conderned and would like guaranteed delivery - we can add this to your order (charges apply) If you are concerned please email us -  Email link - Urgent request

Refund Policy

We value customer satisfaction above all else and very much hope that you are 100% happy with your choice. We do not exchange or refund ANY personalised items, they are bespoke to you only and cannot be resold.  Bikinis cannot be return on this basis but also for hygiene reasons.   If however,  you find that your goods are faulty or there has been an error in the personalisation, or we have sent the wrong size etc, we will be more than happy to refund you in full upon receipt of unused goods with full packaging. You must advise us as soon as possible if you wish to return goods (within 7days of receipt) Soiled or used goods will not be refunded.  We will also refund your postage charges.

Personalisation

All our personalisation is done by hand to the highest standard; if we have made a mistake either in spelling etc then a replacement will be made. Make sure you describe EXACTLY what you would like on your item, we will follow your instructions. For example if you write mrs.jones we will personalise exactly that when you may have wanted Mrs Jones It may well be worth adding your description again in the notes field in paypal - just to make sure.   
All of our goods can be supplied without personalisation.

Sizes, Colours & Materials

All our sizes are of UK standard sizes:

Bikinis come in black ONLY  sizes 8 -16.

They are made especially for Personalise Me for embelishement in mind.  They are a low rise halter neck tie string bikini - made with 80% polyester and 20% elastine, the gusset & bra are lined. 

T-shirts are available in black ONLY -  

Sizes - SML MED or LRG these sizes reflect as approx 
SMALL = 8/10
MED = 10/12
LRG = 12/14
they are 100% cotton and elastine and are of a slim fit.

Compaint Procedure

In the unlikely event you have a complaint please email us - Complaints - ensuring that you give us as much information as possible for us to help you. We will always try to resolve any issues you may have.
